my only question is where the fuck was everyone?
absolutely feeble attendance - especially for a friday night gig?!
was super-pumped for the gig, but felt vader were a bit disappointing to be honest.
they played well (daray especially!) but the gig lacked spark.
the fact that the cover of 'raining' blood' got the best reaction was a bit disappointing too. |

Yup, it was almost deserted when I walked in there to see Killrazer (and that was about an hour and a half after doors opened).
Personally I enjoyed it, felt more like a private show hahah. It’s disappointing for the veterans from Poland, to come all the way to Sydney and play to near empty venue. I just hope we see less gigs at the Gaelic and more elsewhere.
Vader is one of my favourite bands, I just can’t understand why so many others don’t think so. Very underappreciated band… Hopefuly, Oliver will review the gig soon.
KILLRAZER:
Perhaps it was due to Dark Order playing in Club Blink nearby, but the irony is, Killrazer are the true Dark Order [even better because it once had Vaticide blood in there] and most (if that is the case) would rather go to the Blink where they play all the gay shit (industrial and core most times) over the might of death metal - VADER. |
