| PSYCROPTIC Sign To NUCLEAR BLAST. |

 PSYCROPTIC & Soundworks Management are proud to announce that as of Friday June 20th 2008 Tasmania’s own PSYCROPTIC are officially signed to Nuclear Blast Records worldwide and Stomp for Australia for the new full length album due out this October!!!!
US A&R Gerardo Martinez about the signing: "We are beyond excited to be working with one of the best Technical Death Metal bands in the world right now. We feel the band will reach the status they deserve in a short period of time. Also the band is euphoric about the cooperation."
Currently on tour in the USA as part of the massive Summer Slaughter package... the band themselves had this to say:

| TESTAMENT: September Dates Confirmed! MORTAL SIN To Support. |

|
 West Coast thrash metal legends, TESTAMENT, are set to return to Australia to play a trio of dates at the end of September, hitting the cities of Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney in support of their latest release "The Formation of Damnation". Australian metal acts Anarchsphere, State of Integrity, Picture the End, and MORTAL SIN will perform in support.
Testament’s latest studio release, "The Formation of Damnation", was released on April 29th and made the JB Hi Fi Top 40!!
The band is back with the original lineup, featuring vocalist Chuck Billy, guitarists Eric Peterson and Alex Skolnick, bassist Greg Christian, and drummer Paul Bostaph.

| JUDAS PRIEST To Tour Australia In September. |

British heavy metal legends JUDAS PRIEST will bring their mammoth Priest Feast 2008 tour to Australian fans in September.
The Priest Feast tour will showcase the band's hugely impressive legacy as well as new tracks from its forthcoming album "Nostradamus", which will be released in Australia by Sony BMG on June 14.
JUDAS PRIEST will be joined by special guests CAVALERA CONSPIRACY and Australia's own DAYSEND.

| MAYHEM OZ/NZ Tour Postponed To Later In 2008. |

lukelord writes "Due to the recent amendments of the entertainment visa requirements set by the Australian Immigration Department, MAYHEM will not be able to get their relevant visas approved in time for their scheduled Australian and NZ tour dates.
As a result, tour promoter Just Say Rock in conjunction with Mayhem, have decided to postpone the tour to later this year.
Both parties, along with the Immigration Department, are now working on new dates for the Mayhem tour. The new dates will be released ASAP.
All current purcahsed tickets will be valid for the new dates (once they are announced) it has been revealed."
